Inclusivity: Our Stance & Actions

In light of the recent and senseless murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor, I feel compelled to add our voices to the millions of others calling for long overdue change. Dr. Cornel West once said “None of us alone can save the nation or the world.  But each of us can make a positive difference if we commit ourselves to do so.”  Here at Pivot Point Security (PPS), the crux of our core values is to “do the right thing” and “tell the truth”.  We are active in our core values by providing a work environment that celebrates inclusivity and diversity to ensure that every voice is heard.  As a leader in the Information Security Assurance and Compliance market, we pledge to make a positive difference by implementing the following actions:

  • Donate money and/or time to charities that support minority causes.
  • Align with other tech and non-profit organizations to become a part of the conversation on how to facilitate the growth and advancement of communities of color in tech.
  • Run a summer internship and mentoring program for someone specifically from the Black or Brown community.

We recognize the immense contribution from communities of color to our success and that of others. We promise to continuously improve our company culture to ensure equity, diversity and opportunity. We understand the fight against racism is one that must be fought continually and actively. We commit to do so.
