Government Outsourcing and Information Security
Every day government agency executives and decision makers face a staggering number and variety of threats and risks associated with outsourced services. Proving that government data is secure when shared with a third party can be overwhelming. The challenge is determining the approach that best meets agency requirements.
We developed the Government Vendor Risk Management Information Security Guide to simplify the process of choosing your best approach to information security risk management. The new guide was originally available at the 2011 NJ GMIS Conference, but we have now made it available to the public. Download the guide and get in touch with me if you would like to continue the conversation.

Side note about the 2011 NJ GMIS Conference
On our table at the 2011 NJ GMIS Conference, we had a glass jar to drop a business card. By doing so, we promised to feed one child for a day through our Pivot Point Security Gives Back program.
Well, It is really amazing how far $1 can go. With the support of many NJ GMIS Members and attendees, we have fed 250 children for a day. It really is easy to make an impact!
